You can perform bulk updates on files by executing commands after clicking the Search Results heading. This will apply the command you select to all results in your search, including results on subsequent pages. This functionality allows you to make changes to your documents more quickly.
This functionality is only available in PowerWeb.
You can only execute commands that you otherwise have access to based on your user permissions.
To execute a command on search results:

Select the Search Results heading.

If the command you select is applicable for all files in the search results, the operation succeeds. Otherwise, the system will execute the command for the files where the command is applicable.
