Add Documents To the Clipboard
Adding documents to the clipboard makes a temporary batch with which you can perform various actions. The batch is remembered between sessions.
Add Selected Documents to Clipboard
To add selected documents to the clipboard:

View the documents that you want to add to the clipboard as described in Find Documents.

Choose between two options:

Select each document that you want to add by placing a tick in the check box in the left-hand column of the Documents list.

Select all documents on the page in one step by placing a tick in the check box in the header of the left-hand column of the Documents list.
To also select documents that are on unseen pages in the list, click Select all <number> documents.

Click the Clear and Add Documents icon to first clear the clipboard and then place the selected documents on the clipboard.
The number of documents currently on the clipboard and that will be cleared is shown in the oval to the right of the clipboard buttons.

Click the Add Documents icon to add the selected documents to any other documents already on the clipboard.
The number of documents is updated to show the current quantity of documents on the clipboard.

Add All Documents in a Package to Clipboard
To add documents from a review package, you need to have the Document Controller role.
To add all documents in a package to the clipboard:

Open the package that you want to add to the clipboard as described in View Packages.

Choose between two options:

Click the Clear and Add Documents icon to first clear the clipboard and then place the selected documents on the clipboard.
The number of documents currently on the clipboard and that will be cleared is shown in the oval to the right of the clipboard buttons.

Click the Add Documents icon to add the selected documents to any other documents already on the clipboard.
