Accruent distributes server updates and client updates to resolve urgent issues in the Meridian Enterprise software that are experienced by our customers. Each update resolves a small number of issues until the solutions can be included in the next major or minor release of the software. An update comprises an executable that modifies an existing installation either on a server or a client computer. Updates are cumulative and include all issues that were included in the preceding updates.
Minor releases include all prior updates and minor releases. In general, we recommend that you install the latest minor release and then the latest subsequent update until the next minor or major release and then install that. Unless otherwise specified, each update is specific to the previous minor release and each minor release is specific to the previous major release. Do not install them with any other release. Only install the same bit-wise version of an update as the installed version of Meridian Enterprise, whether 32-bit or 64-bit.
