Manage Property Sets

A property is a document metadata field that is a member of a property set. Each property set appears as a separate heading on a property tab. Portal provides predefined sets of system properties that are available to all projects as described in Standard Property Descriptions. Portal also supports one set of configurable custom properties as described in Manage Custom Properties.

Your organization might not need all of the available property sets or properties. You might also want to reorganize the order of the property sets and properties as they appear on property tabs. Portal makes that as easy as drag and drop.
