Completing a review locks the review against any further changes and returns the review package to Portal where the review comments and annotations can be used to revise the project documents by the Contractor.
Only the lead reviewer of a review package may complete the review.
To complete a review:

Open the package that you want to complete as described in View Packages.

In the toolbar, click Complete.
A dialog box opens, asking you to confirm your choice.

Click Complete.
The review package is transmitted to the vault from which it came.
