When a document no longer relates to an asset that is linked to the document as described in Link Assets To a Document, it should be unlinked to remove the relationship.
To perform the tasks described on this page, you must be assigned to the Asset Linker, Asset Editor, or Asset Manager roles.
To unlink assets from a document:

View the list full-screen of the items that are already related to the document as described in View Related Items.

Select the assets in the list that you want to unlink from the document.

In the list header, click Unlink Asset(s).
The list updates to show that the asset has been removed.
