Name of the Meridian server where the viewer control will query for the name of the computer where the Meridian license server is running. The control will then attempt to claim licenses from the license server. The viewer control will look first for the server name in ServerMachine in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cyco\AutoManager View Control2. If a name is not found, then it will look in this value. If a server name is still not found, users will be prompted to select the Meridian server computer name when the viewer control cannot find a license server. The user's selection is saved in ServerMachine in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cyco\AutoManager View Control2. Custom deployment packages should set this value so that the Meridian server name is available for all users of the client computer. |
