How To Use This Site
Welcome to our online Knowledge Base. Here, you can find a variety of technical articles that supplement the information provided in the Online Help for Meridian Enterprise and Meridian Cloud. These include quick answers to frequently asked questions, information on known issues, clarifications, and troubleshooting guidance. Following are instructions on how to use this website.
The Toolbar appears in the upper-right corner of help articles.

Home takes you to the documentation home page.

Print opens a system print dialog. You must expand the sections you want to include in your printed document.
Back opens the previous page you viewed.
Back opens the previous screen you were looking at.
Forward opens the next page you viewed. It only works if you previously clicked the Back button.
Forward moves you forward a screen. It only works if you have previously used the Back button.
Remove Highlights removes the highlight around search terms that appears after you access an article from the search results.
Expand All expands all expanding sections.
Collapse All collapses all expanded sections.
The Search field appears at the top-right corner of your page. Search returns a list of topics that contain your search term in their titles and content.

To perform a search:

Enter your search term in the Search field.

To apply a search filter:

Click the Filter button in the Search field.
A list of filters appears.

Select a search filter.
Your search results will be limited to the category you chose from the field.

Click the Enter button on your keyboard.
Your search results appear in a Search Results page.
