Tenant configuration overview

Although Meridian Cloud provides much standard functionality, there are many options that can be configured that affect the functionality of system and others that are administrative.

The options can be configured two ways:

  • Do it yourself configuration as described in Managing your Meridian Cloud account.
  • Upon request through Accruent Support. For example, special attention should be given to SAML configuration if it is required by a customer. This can be done without assistance by customers with the requisite technical knowledge and as described in Configuring a third-party identity provider, but we recommend that this be done in cooperation with Accruent Support for the best results.

Some non-standard options can be configured by Accruent Support on a per tenancy basis. These are options for which no DIY configuration is currently possible, for example, title block data exchange.
