Teigha DWG Rendering Issue: “no file extensions shown or selectable from the Rendering profile configuration”
Some users might have issues with Teigha DWG rendering, such as the file extensions not being available on the list and renditions not being generated with this rendering module, as it cannot assign the proper profile to a file extension.
A corrupted installation or a human error when modifying installation for the available rendering profiles can cause this issue.
During actions such as attempts to reinstall or modify settings related to rendering profiles, Teigha DWG might end unselected and cause a scenario where you can create the rendering profile, but it cannot find the file extensions.
Solution
To solve this issue:

Check if the Teigha DWG rendering module is installed. Choose one of two options:

To verify the installed files:

Navigate to C:\Program Files\BC-Meridian\Enterprise Server.

Check if the following files exist in that location:

BlueCieloECM.Renditions.TeighaDwg.dll

BlueCieloECM.Renditions.Teigha.dll

To verify the installer, open the Meridian installation and check if the Teigha DWG rendering profile is selected.

If the Teigha DWG rendering profile is not selected, reinstall Meridian, selecting it in the installer.
To start rendering with the new profile, you might need to restart the server.
