PDFTron shows old rendition after update with "AddRendition"

PDFTron might not show an updated rendition if you try to update it via script with the "AddRendition" method.

Calling "AddRendition" via API does not refresh the XOD file. The result is that the users can only see the old renditions via PDFTron, not the new ones.

This issue was identified in Meridian 2019 and fixed in Meridian 2020.
