Fail to Access Tables

This article is applicable for users that don’t use Portal.

If you are not able to access tables in PowerWeb, PowerUser, or Configurator and get the following error message, your system has a compatibility issue:

“Unable to create an instance of {931F75E7-8FCB-40B3-99E2-E9E9E1A29F00}.

The Meridian API Service version 3.0.295 is incompatible (too new) with Meridian 2018 R2. Incompatible interops prevented users from registering BlueCielo Enterprise Services.

This issue was reported in Meridian 2018 R2 after users had outage problems.

To solve this issue:

  1. In the Support Portal, download the correct version of the BlueCielo Meridian .NET Interop.

    For Meridian 2018 R2, install version 4.0.49.

  2. Uninstall the M360 Meridian API Service.

  3. Navigate to the following folder on the server machine:

    C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL\
  4. Delete all files whose names start with "BlueCielo".

  5. Install the correct version of BlueCielo Meridian .NET Interop.
