“Access Denied” Error When Trying to View a Rendition with PDFTron
This issue can occur if all the following conditions are met:

You have separate servers for BCEnterprise and EDM,

SameIISEDMAccount is set to 1.

The Use Meridian Impersonation option is disabled on the BCEnterprise server.
To solve this issue:

In Meridian Enterprise Server Administration Console, in the Repositories group, click Options.
The User Defaults Options page appears.

In the menu, click Application.
The list of configurable options appears.

Enable the Use Meridian Impersonation option.
