New folder created in PowerWeb doesn't show in Explorer after synchronization

After creating a new folder structure in PowerUser or PowerWeb, some users might not see these folders in the Explorer repository after synchronization. This can occur if the new folder does not contain documents.

In this case, empty folders are not synchronized to Explorer repository and do not appear. These folders are synchronized to the repository only when they contain documents that match the specified synchronization job criteria.

After creating documents and synchronizing again, the folders should appear in Explorer with their documents.
