Error "The local workspace client is not running or cannot connect to BlueCielo Site Cache. The document is about to be downloaded via the browser"
This error can occur when trying to download a document using PowerWeb.
This Site Cache instability is related to the proxy configuration in your environment.
Solution
To solve this issue:

Add an internal record to the DNS to redirect PowerWeb, and site-cache calls to "meridian-servername.com" directly to the internal web server.
This action avoids PowerWeb and Site Cache to go out of the internal network via web, to an external address and return to inside the network.

Add an exception in the proxy to bypass the proxy check of the "meridian-servername.com" traffic.
Replace "meridian-servername" with your company's server name.
