Error "Local workspace client is either not running or cannot connect to BlueCielo Cache"

This error can occur when you try to release documents, mostly when using PowerWeb.

Solution

A possible cause for this error is that the data is incorrect.

In recent releases, this issue has been fixed for several situations in which it occurs.

As a workaround for previous versions:

  1. Stop Application Integration and Site Cache Client.

  2. Delete the folder in the following location:

    C:\Users\<user account>\AppData\Local\BlueCielo_ECM_Solutions
  3. Start Application Integration and Site Cache Client.
