Error “Unable to download documents from web client. Internal 500 error on server”

If you get this error when trying to download documents from PowerWeb in the Meridian client, follow these instructions.

To solve this issue:

  1. In Meridian Enterprise Server Administration Console open your SiteCache configuration page.

  2. Ensure your vault repository is available.

  3. Ensure the Display Name (hexa string) matches the registry key in Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cyco\AutoManager Meridian\CurrentVersion\WebLink\Published Locations{94C3218D-A29C-46FC-8CA4-DBAD14AF5808}
