Background
This error can occur when attempting to open any vault with Meridian Enterprise 2018 PowerUser, Configurator, or Administrator when the EDM Server service is running on Windows Server 2012 R2.
Description
This issue can be resolved by adding the EDM Server service (bcedm.exe) to the Windows Firewall Allowed apps list. This issue is resolved in Meridian Enterprise 2018 R2.
