"Network failure" error on viewing PDF when using Internal and External names

A network failure error message appears in 2020 R2 if you perform the following steps:

1. Open PowerWeb using external name.

2. Open PowerWeb using internal name.

3. View document rendition in PDFTron.

To resolve this issue, sign off and then sign back in.
