During the Meridian installation, if the password for the service account contains quotation marks, you will get the error message “Meridian failed with error message "feature transfer error 1639 invalid command-line argument...". This can occur when using a 3rd party tool to generate random passwords.
Solution
Replace the password with a password that does not contain quotation marks. Finish the installation wizard.
