Error During Synchronization: "Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.Folder' with unique index 'IX_Folder_Name'. The duplicate key value is ..."
The following error information can appear when you run the synchronization job:

The following details appear, with many unique duplicate key values:
"Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.Folder' with unique index 'IX_Folder_Name'. The duplicate key value is …”.
Solution
The tool " tool.MPS-16946" fixes this issue. Open a support case describing the issue and requesting the tool. Once you get the tool:

Run the tool.
The results will contain the problematic rows.

Navigate to the repository in:
C:\ProgramData\BlueCieloECM\ExplorerSync\[repository name]
Delete all .dat + baseline files.

In Meridian Enterprise Server Administration Console, in the REPOSITORIES group, click Repositories. Click the [repository name].

Click Synchronization.

In Last Run, click RESET.

Run the synchronization job for the repository.
