Error “Browser doesn't support Java”

If you get this error in PowerWeb, follow these instructions.

To solve this issue:

1. Navigate to the following folder in the Web Server (IIS):

   C:\inetpub\AMM\Profiles

2. Delete the PowerWeb user profile.
