Background
The ActiveX compatibility mode option in a user's preferences enables the Meridian ActiveX components if they are installed on the PC. The option is useful if Site cache mode is disabled and for backward compatibility.
Description
Due to technical limitations in Meridian 2018, portions of dialog boxes might be obscured in PowerWeb when this option is enabled. This affects the Find dialog box, property page wizards, and similar dialog boxes. There is currently no workaround and this issue might be resolved in a future release.
