If you have an Autodesk document file (such as .iam or .dwg) available in the vault and open the vault in a Windows 11 workstation, when you download the document using Site Cache mode, the Windows dialog to select the application to open the document with doesn't appear. This is a known issue in Meridian Enterprise2022, 2022 R2, and 2023.
As a workaround, you can download the document to the LWS folder and open it from there.
