Manage Member Invitations

If you have the Tenant Administrator role, you can view the non-project invitations that have not yet been accepted for the entire Meridian Cloud account. You can also view the groups and roles to which the email recipients have been invited and cancel or resend the invitation. To manage the project invitations, see Manage Project Membership.

You must be assigned to the Tenant Administrator role to perform these tasks.

Important!

Inform new users that they should not include special characters in their name. Special characters can cause errors when working with a user's local workspace.

ClosedView Pending Invitations

To view all pending invitations for the account:

  1. On the Meridian Portal Landing page, at the bottom of the navigation bar, click the Account Settings icon A gear symbol..

    The Account Settings page appears.

  2. In the Account Settings menu, click User Management.

    The User Management page appears and shows the existing users and groups.

  3. Click the Pending Invitations tab.

    The list of pending invitations appears and shows the role that will be assigned to the member and the groups that they will become a member of.

ClosedExport Pending Invitation

To export the pending invitations:

  1. View the pending invitations as described in the preceding task.

  2. In the toolbar, click Export and then select a file format.

    The Export Pending Invitations dialog appears while the export file is prepared.

  3. When the text Ready for export appears, click Export.

    The file downloads to your browser where you can open it in a compatible application.

ClosedCancel Pending Invitation

To cancel a pending invitation:

  1. View the pending invitations as described in the preceding task.

  2. Click the cancel icon A white circle with a blue border and a blue x in its center. in the row of the user for which you want to cancel their invitation.

    A dialog box opens, asking you to confirm your choice.

  3. Click OK.

    The invitation is canceled and removed from Pending invitations.

ClosedResend Pending Invitation

To resend a pending invitation:

  1. View the pending invitations as described in the preceding task.

  2. Click the Resend Invitation icon A blue arrow curved clockwise. in the row of the user for which you want to resend their invitation.

    A dialog box opens, asking you to confirm your choice.

  3. Click OK.

    A new invitation is sent with the same information as the original invitation. The original invitation is removed from Pending invitations and it cannot then be accepted.

If you try to send an invitation and get a "We could not reach your contact" message, open a case with Accruent Support to remove the email address from sendgrid.
