This feature is supported for Meridian Cloud Business subscriptions only.
The identification overlay is a print stamp placed on renditions in all workflow states to aid in identifying the source document and when the rendition was generated. The stamp includes the Document Number and Revision property values and the rendition date. It is most useful for document types that don't already include that information on a cover page or title block.
To configure the identification overlay:

On the Meridian Portal Landing page, at the bottom of the navigation bar, click the Account Settings icon
. The Account Settings page appears.

In the menu, expand Rendering and then click Watermarks.
The Watermarks page appears and shows the current watermark settings.

Click Identification Overlay.
The current overlay configuration appears.

Select the position on the page where you want the overlay to appear.
The text color, font, direction, and body are not configurable.
