Subscribe To the API

Before you can use the Meridian Cloud API, you must use the Accruent API Developer Portal to apply for a subscription to the API.

ClosedSign in to the Portal

To sign in to the portal:

  1. In any browser, open the regional Accruent API Developer Portal where your tenancy is hosted:

  2. Do one of the following:

    1. Click Sign In if the tenancy has not yet been subscribed to the API.

      The Meridian Portal Sign In page appears.

    2. Enter your Meridian Cloud tenancy name and click Continue.

    3. Click Sign In if the tenancy has already been subscribed to the API.

      The Meridian Cloud authentication page appears.

  3. Sign in to Meridian Cloud as normal using existing account credentials for the specified tenancy.

    If you are a new user, your account will be created as a user for the Meridian Cloud API. If you have previously signed up for access, you will be signed into the portal where you can view all available products and APIs.

ClosedSubscribe to the API

To subscribe to the API:

  1. Submit a request to Customer Support. Provide your Cloud tenant name and e-mail address.

  2. Monitor the ticket until access is granted.

  3. Sign in to Meridian Cloud API - Developer Portal.
