Download a Document

  1. Find the document that you want to download.

  2. Select the row of the document that you want to download.

    A check mark icon A blue circle with a white check mark in its center. displays in the left-most column of a row when it is selected.

  3. In the toolbar, click the download icon A blue arrow pointing down onto a blue rectangle..

  4. Choose Download Source File if you want to download the document in the original file format.

  5. Choose Download Rendition File if you want to download the document rendition.

The file is downloaded to the Downloads folder on your device.

Download a batch of renditions

  1. Select the documents you want to download the renditions.

  2. In the toolbar, click the download icon A blue arrow pointing down onto a blue rectangle. and then select Download as ZIP.

The renditions are downloaded to the Downloads folder as a ZIP file on your device.

You can select up to 1000 documents to be downloaded in a ZIP file.
