Resource Center

The Resource Center is your one-stop shop for information about Meridian Portal:

  • The Announcements section shows a list of recent announcements about Portal. If a new announcement has been posted, you will see a red dot with a number on the Resource Center button.

  • The Online Help link takes you directly to the Online Help for Meridian Cloud.

  • The Feature Requests link allows you to submit and vote on feature requests for Meridian Cloud.

  • The Accruent Academy section provides information about our training options, including free eLearning courses for up to 25 users per customer.

To access the Resource Center:

  1. Sign in to Meridian Portal.

  2. Click the Resource Center button A black circle with a white question mark in its center. A down arrow appears on its right side. in the header.

    A menu opens.

  3. Select one of the options described above.
