Use Quick Find to run advanced searches by key properties such as Name, Tag Description, Tag Number, and text properties. By default, Quick Find does not search document content unless a system administrator activates full-text search. The system saves your search criteria only for the current session and resets them after you log off.

In the toolbar, click the down arrow next to the search icon

Select a property to search.
Your system administrator designates the listed properties as Key Find properties.

Enter the text to search.

Click the search icon or press Enter.
The Search Results list displays the results.
