Print Renditions - Explorer
You can select one or more documents in a Meridian Explorer view and print the renditions that exist for the selected documents. You can also opt to download the renditions as a PDF.
You can print PDF documents without renditions. In this case, the native PDF document prints. If the native PDF document has a rendition, such as a signed copy, the rendition prints.
To print renditions:

Choose between two options:

In the view that lists the documents you want, select the documents that you want to print renditions for.

To print renditions for all documents in your search results:

Select the Review ribbon.

Click Select All.

Right-click your selection.

In the context menu that opens, select Print renditions.
The Print renditions dialog box appears. If one or more selected documents has no rendition, a warning appears and those documents are not listed in the dialog box.

Optionally, choose the Paper size to print/download.
The list of documents is filtered to only show the documents with the page size you selected.

Select the documents you want to print or download as a PDF.

Optionally, select the Include annotations check box if you want annotations in the documents to appear in the printed document or downloaded PDF.

To download the renditions of the documents as a PDF, click Download PDF.

To send the renditions to a printer, click Print.

If the Print renditions dialog box opens:

To print renditions without annotations using the detected SiteCache local workspace client, click Yes.

To print renditions via a new browser tab, click No.
Renditions of all selected documents are added to a PDF Portfolio, which is downloaded to the workstation.
