Apply Commands to Explorer Search Results

You can apply some commands in bulk to all documents in your Explorer search results.

1. Choose between two options:

   • From the ribbon:

     1. Select the Review ribbon.

     2. Click Select All.

   • From the context menu:

     1. Right-click a document in your search results.

     2. Select Select All from the menu.

2. Follow the appropriate procedures below.

   • Add to Collection

   • Download Files

     You can apply the following commands in bulk:

     • Download All

     • Download All (Rendition)

     • Download All (Rendition with Redlines)

   • Print Renditions
