Mark a Document As Obsolete
Marking a document as obsolete prevents it from being published.
Use these steps for PowerUser and PowerWeb.
To mark a document as obsolete:

Open the Publisher queue as described in View the Publisher Queue.

Select the documents that you want to mark as obsolete.
Press and hold the Ctrl key while clicking to select individual items. Press and hold the Shift key while selecting the first and last of a range of items.

In the toolbar, click Obsolete.
The status of the document changes to Obsolete.
