CMMS Requirements

To successfully integrate with Meridian, the maintenance management system must meet the following requirements:

• Able to present the module's web page to the user. This can be achieved by any of the following:

  • Showing the page in a frame

  • Providing a hyperlink to the page

  • Showing the page in a browser control on a form

  • Opening a browser window (possibly through an external executable) to show the page

• Able to provide arguments derived from the user's session. The arguments will be used in the URL that is opened in Meridian Explorer. The best way to achieve this depends on the maintenance management system.
